CATA's notes- Color pale yellow with greenish reflections, clean and bright.
- Aromas to wet earth. It knows us to walk by the Castilian plateau, to must, to grape, to natural.
- In mouth we found a verdejo like the ones from before. Varietal aromas typical of Verdejo, it is an unctuous wine, with volume, elegant and balanced.
Processing and aging: Viticulture: Natural certified organic.Nosso comes from Finca Menade Vineyard, in Rueda, a parcel of clay-calcareous and stony soils of abundant song and that are worked under
strict ecological principles . 100% natural prevention treatments are used, such as herbal infusions and whey. The grape is harvested manually, with extreme care. The winery tries to intervene minimally so as not to interfere in the kindness that the vineyard offers. The fermentation is carried out with wild yeasts and, after the alcoholic fermentation, the malolactic fermentation develops spontaneously in order to give volume and smoothness to the wine. At no time during the manufacturing process is sulfurous used.
Curiosities: A wine that his own father (Richard Sanz) still seems a surprise.
It is what has to touch nothing, that the grape is expressed touching it as little as possible in the elaboration of the wine.
