Tasting Notes:
- Sight: straw yellow.
- Nose: aniseed shades, with hints of apricots, lemon candy, an interesting herbaceous point.
- Palate: tasty, with well integrated acidity, long and round.
Elaboration and ageingDirect pressing and natural decanting. Ferments spontaneously in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Clarified and gently filtered before bottling. Without stabilizing by cold to respect as much as possible the identity of the wine, for this reason may appear some precipitates that do not affect in any case their taste.
