Expressive, intense and very personal. It stands out for the intensity and quality of the sensations. It combines freshness and vitality with elegance and complexity.

Appearance: Intense and lively cherry red colour. 

Aroma: It has a good fruit and wood balance in which black and ripe red fruit tones are blended with aromas such as toasted or vanilla.

Palate: The palate is smooth, balanced and structured, filling the palate with finesse. Fine tannins are perceived, to finish with a tasty and powerful finish in the mouth. A display of truly suggestive nuances.

Elaboration: with grapes of the variety Tempranillo 70% and Cabernet Sauvignon 30%, the wine has remained 20 days macerated with the skins. After its malolactic fermentation, it is aged for 6 months in new French oak barrels until it is bottled. The wine continues to age in the bottle for 10 months before being marketed. 

Aging: 6 months in French oak barrels, 10 months in bottle before marketing.

Service: in order to discover its depth and intensity, uncork and decant one hour before consumption at a temperature of between 16º and 18ºC.

Graduation: 14,5º.

Vineyard: Finca "La Reguilona" situated at an altitude of 800 metres above sea level. Pre-philoxeric vineyards, vineyards dating back to 1900.
Harvest: manual in boxes, made between late September and early October.
Vinification: fermentation in bathtubs with indigenous yeasts, malolactic in casks.
Aging: in new French oak barrels.
Bottling: not filtered or clarified.
