Development and aging
For the development of El Lagar de Aldeasoña 2006 they have been used grapes Aragones prefiloxéricos 9 hectares of vineyards from 65 to 101 years spread over 36 majuelos with yields below 2300 kg / ha. Strains in the glass located on slopes between 800 and 910 meters.
After the process, the wine was aged 17 months in new French oak barrels. A total of 7,022 bottles of 750 ml were bottled in October 2008.
The 2006 vintage was very interesting because of its complexity. One of the record harvests in production and more premature, which began on September 15.
