Tasting notes:
- Color: cherry, low current, is bright, leaves abundant tears.
- Nose: just open the bottle reminded me of strawberries, violets, very fresh aromas, a spicy touch, pepper and balsamic memories. elegant and deep, very pleasant aromas.
- Taste: a soft wine, silky, good acidity, fine and well integrated tannins, less intense than in the nose, and medium body. A long and enveloping finish it finishes become an easy drinking wine
Development and Aging:
The Grapes of Wrath is made, like others of the winery, avoiding the most of any aggressive process, with mild but long maceration, with raspón 100% using indigenous yeasts and bulk containers for breeding: wine grows for 10 months in French oak fudres 2000 and 3000 liters.
