Pago Mota is a warm climate white wine, very aromatic and fruity, with a certain acidity characteristic of Chardonnay, white and tropical fruit along with citrus with a silky and oily passage. This wine is made by Bodegas Arzuaga Navarro, a new production from Finca La Solana, in Ciudad Real. The Chardonnay vineyards from which it comes are located in the heart of La Mancha, at high altitude.
TASTING NOTES:
Sight: Straw yellow colour with golden reflections, clean and bright.
Nose: Intense aromas of white flowers, tropical fruit and light citrus fruits together with notes from the barrel such as toffee and coffee.
Palate: In the mouth it is an enveloping and dense wine, with floral and tropical fruit notes together with a light freshness and balanced acidity, with a long and persistent finish.
APPELLATION OF ORIGIN: VT Castilla.
WINEMAKING: Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes.
AGEING: Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.

For this reason, they continue to make classic wines, but also innovating and creating new references such as Pago Mota, a wine named after a small bird that lives in the brambles.
