Since 1999 he has been working with the Garnachas de Gredos. They have had to protect these impossible vineyards, making an exceptional viticulture and producing wines sometimes within the reach of a few. Now, 20 years later, they are making this simpler and more expressive wine, which will help Cebreros, its vineyards and winegrowers, be recognised and enjoyed by more people.
