Color : intense purple with violet shades.
Nose: p resence of black fruits, blackberry, which with oxygenation flow into complex aromas of red fruits.

Elaboration and aging:

Elaborated with Tinta de Toro from strains of more than 100 years planted in glass and poor yield. The must ferments with wild yeasts in small stainless steel tanks and bazuqueos are made without looking for much extraction. After the alcohol, the malolactic fermentation develops spontaneously. The wine is not filtered, but decanted naturally and does not add sulfur.

Curiosities:

Menade has been the pioneer winery and the only one of the D.O Rueda to be certified as Ecological . We could say that they have marked a trend in the area.
