Tasting Notes:
Pale straw yellow with bright greenish flashes. Fine, persistent bubble of slow evolution, with good rosary formation. Aroma very clean and very fruity, with memories of green apple, caramel notes, on a background of fresh herbs, balsamic and menthol touches. The final impression is elegant, balanced, fruity and fresh, friendly with notes of apple and almonds.
Elaboration and Aging:
Carbonic very well integrated, with excellent balance sugar-acidity. Long and delicate aftertaste. Aging: Always with a minimum of 24 months
