Development and Aging
Cava Pinot Noir Elyssia integrates the true essence of Pinot Noir grown in the Penedes, the typical variety of Champagne that has worked so well in the region of cava.
The grapes come from the payment of the Mas Bernich, located in the town of Masquefa in the Alt Penedes and bring elegance and fruity wine sensations.
The Elyssia Pinot Noir is aged 18 months, long enough to make the best Pinot Noir aging.

Pairing
