Montesquius Brut Rosé cava is made from a soft maceration of the grape skins before the second fermentation, to achieve this pink with hints of raspberry and cherry. It is made using the traditional method Champenoise following the same procedure as a white cava. Aged in underground cellars for 10 to 14 months in darkness and at a temperature between 18 ° and 20 °.
