Very good
Beautiful colour. Nose gives you pearl and green apple combined with some baked bread.
Taste is almost half sweet, because on well balanced acids. Bread comes first, then fruits refresh mouth, without cleaning all the Takes warming well changing towards more mature bread like taste.
Medium bubbles which comes mainly at the first pour, yet surprisingly long lasting.
