TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Ruby pink color, with fine and persistent bubbles.
Nose: Intense aromas of red fruits such as strawberry and cherry, accompanied by sweet, floral notes and light pastry nuances.
Palate: Fresh and elegant entry, with good acidity, balanced development and silky texture. Persistent finish with hints of red fruit and light creamy touches.
PRODUCTION
Grape varieties: 90% Garnacha, 5% Monastrell, 5% Pinot Noir.
Each variety is vinified separately.
8-hour maceration at low temperature to extract color and aromas.
Controlled fermentation with selected yeasts followed by racking.
Aged in underground cellars at a depth of 30 meters, at a constant temperature of 14 °C.
