Very well integrated carbonic, with an excellent sugar-acidity balance. Long and delicate aftertaste. Aging: Always with a minimum of 24 months

Agusti Torello Mata He is one of the most outstanding actors in the cava universe. He founded in 1950 your own winery in Sant Sadurni d'Anoia , capital of cava.
