The world-renowned winemakers Peter Sisseck (Dominio de Pingus) and Carlos del Río (Hacienda Monasterio) present their exclusive sherry wine, Viña Corrales, a wine born in a unique 8-hectare Palomino vineyard planted 30 years ago in the Pago Balbaína.
Long ageing of 9 years under a veil of flor using the system of soleras and criaderas.
Only 8000 bottles are released on the market.
It is a complex wine, with aromas of nuts, citrus, wood and tobacco. Persistent and captivating, with a great structure, very fresh and round with excellent aging capacity.
The San Francisco Javier winery is bought by Peter and Carlos with the aim of producing the best sherry wines.
