Importante, no meterlo en el frigorífico para que tenga la temperatura ideal y se pueda extender bien. Tiene un sabor intenso y un tamaño ideal para compartir. Está muy rico, se puede untar en tostadas y comerlo como entrante junto con un buen vino.
