ELABORATION :
Made with the variety 100% Grenache Vineyards located at approximately 1,000 meters above sea level and over 40 years. Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks with maximum temperatures of 25 ºC. Fermentation ends with one breeding 15 months in new barrels of Oak French and American. .

Watchtower Wineries It is one of the seven winery projects of the Gil Family States wine group (
John Gil Bodegas Familiares) in the border area where the maritime Levante is left behind and the horizontality of La Mancha is faced, the clusters of
Garnacha Tintorera and Monastrell. The old vineyards located at more than 700 meters above sea level produce concentrated fruits that give away a burst of tones, flavors and fragrances. The winery, founded in 2007, is located to the east of the province of Albacete within the D.O. Almansa, the vineyards located 3 km north of Almansa are planted with the native varieties of the area, Garnacha Tintorera and Monastrell, on particularly limestone soils.
