Cosecheros y Criadores, is a winery of Wines of the Land of Castile, where Infinitus is made. This winery has more than 6,000 barrels and exports 60% of its production. The wines that are produced here are winning prizes in the most prestigious international competitions.

Built in 1951 and renovated and expanded in 1995, it has stainless steel tanks and a barrel house with 6,000 units.

History

Harvesters and breeders is a historical term that marked the difference between the historical producers of wine for fast consumption and commerce of grain producers and wineries which, with the development of 'Rioja moderno' in the second half of the nineteenth century, adopted the Bordeaux model for breeding and keeping wines (breeders).

It has two classic ranges that we bottled under the brands Candidato and Casa Solar. Elaborations aimed at an audience that demands fruity wines but with the notes of complexity that the stay in oak provides.
