Las Niñas are more and more deeply rooted in Apalta and challenge the modernity in the wines born from this land. Organic production is a must, balance, a continuous search in each vintage. The freshness of its wines is a witness of eternal youth. They began production of the first organic wines in 2013, and since 2017 all production and wines have been certified organic Ecocert.

The land of Apalta, "tremor" in the indigenous dialect, is a small horseshoe-shaped valley that is protected to the north, east and west by hills that culminate at 600 meters. This valley benefits from the wind between the Pacific and the Andes Mountains. The Tinguiririca River forms the southern border of Apalta and regulates temperatures. It also brings the necessary water for irrigation. The soil is sandy clay that mixes with volcanic rocks. Temperatures recorded in summer reach 23 degrees (12 ° C to 35 ° C).

Las Niñas have gradually domesticated this land to produce high quality grapes that are used to make the best red wines in Chile. Apalta is today one of the most recognized, prestigious and awarded wine regions in the world and since 2018 is legally recognized as a Denomination of Origin.
