List of products by manufacturer Régnard Chablis

The Régnard house, one of the oldest in Chablis, was founded in 1860 by Zéphyr Régnard. It is one of the last houses in Chablis to have the whole of its wineries in the historical centre of the city, thus giving testimony to its noble past.
Respectful of the great tradition of Chablis wines, this house presents a complete range of all the wines produced in this locality:

Petit Chablis, Chablis
The five main Premiers "Crus" (or first premium wines): Fourchaume, Montmains, Vaillons, Mont de Milieu and Montée de Tonnerrelos
Seven Grands "Crus", or great premium wines: Les Clos, Bougros, Blanchots, Grenouilles, Preuses, valmur and Vaudésir.

In 1984 the house was acquired by Baron Patrick de Laudocette, an accredited owner in the Loire Valley of the famous Pouilly Fumé de Laudocette. Thanks to his notoriety and dynamism, the Baron de Laudocette has not stopped ever since to perpetuate and improve the style and typical character of the wines produced by the house. An important modernization of the wineries, stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, stabilization of the wines through cold weather, bottling under neutral gas, etc..., as well as the purchase of vineyards, have allowed us to guarantee the high quality of each of the wines produced.

Each Chablis Régnard presented has been vinified and aged in accordance with the principles of the house: A true Chablis is sufficient in itself: it is not necessary to add a taste of oak and barrel for it to reach a better quality. The finesse and freshness are the two essential qualities of a great white wine, achieved especially with perfectly controlled vinification. A long aging in bottle, necessary for the First "Crus" and the Great "Crus", gives these Chablis a character of revelation and elevates them to their most beautiful expression.

The Chablis Régnard, who are mostly distributors in the restaurant sector, stand out for their elegance, finesse and surprising freshness, which the palate finds time and again with pleasure in the oldest vintages.

Its production is 100% insured by its own vineyards and the rest comes from the purchase of grapes from some fifty winegrowers linked to the house by contract for many years. Thus, the surface area harvested is close to 120 hectares; these multiple locations of purchases allow, for this reason, to constitute a wide range representative of the vineyard, thus ensuring a marked typical character.
