Made with 100% Tempranillo grapes, for a aging of 14 months in American oak barrels and 22 months in the bottle.
As soon as we enter the red grapes in our facilities we separate the berries of the raspon, green part that holds together the grape grains in the cluster. The whole fruits are carefully introduced into the deposits where the maceration begins, so that the substances responsible for giving color and aromas, among many other characteristics, pass from the skin to the must.
Shortly after the berries are in the reservoirs begins the alcoholic fermentation, process by which the sugar of the grape is transformed into alcohol and many other substances that will form a harmonious liquid and very pleasant for our senses, the wine. After this alcoholic fermentation we will separate the liquid from the solid parts making a gentle draining. Subsequently we keep the wine in rest so that another fermentation takes place in which the malic acid will be consumed to be a wine more pleasant and stable in time.
