Tasting Notes:

Elaboration and aging
It is made with 100% Granacha grapes. The time between sucking and pressing lasts between 15 and 18 days. After the discovery, and once the second fermentation (malolactic) is finished, the wine goes to barrel where it is refined during 9 months until you get a fresh, round wine without edges.
