Pedro Ximenez varietal wine from the vineyard, now defunct, in the foothills of the Castillo de Aguilar and stood before phylloxera. It paid off for 144 years, and over 60% of its strains survived the disaster famous hence the rarity of these wines. Reservations are very small and all have a minimum age of 47 years.

Dark mahogany with iodized edging stained bright yellow cup. The nose is expressive and intense with a lot of depth, with balsamic notes, toasted touches, hints of grape syrup, exotic spices, herbs infusion. The palate has character, with excellent acidity, amargosidad and depth, excellent development and long-haul. It has a final taste bitter orange marmalade.
