De hace tiempo mis preferncia pasan por Toro. He probado vinos muy buenos y algunos de mis favoritos vienen de ahí. Elias Moro está correcto aunque no llega a superar a otros similares. Aun así merece la pena probarlo y descubrir nuevos sabores.

Tasting notes:
Intense cherry red with cardinal trim. In complex nose spicy scent of candied black fruits, liquorice and fine woods, snuff, mineral and. In the palate is very fleshy, balance between concentration and acidity, elegant passage mouth. Evokes licorice and fruit jams tinged with mineral notes of toffee.
Development and Aging:
Elborado 100% Tinta de Toro grapes, the harvest is done manually in boxes of 20 kg and even somente a double selection in the vineyard and in the winery. The vineyards are on average about 50 years with low yields. the maceration of 3 days with selected yeast seeding is done. alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The aging period is 12 months in barrels of French and American oak.
Curiosities:
One of the most striking features of this Tinta de Toro is not suffered phylloxera, so the grapes from the vineyards of BODEGA ELIAS MORA come from direct plants (not grafted on American vine).
