Tasting Notes:
- Alive and dense in color.
- With Aromas Of red fruit, of black fruit, fresh spices, aromas of pine forests, soft smoked, memories of black olives little ripe, citrus notes and sweet notes of the same fruit, all on a mineral background.
- In mouth Is fleshy and intense, is allowed to drink very easily, its intense acidity leaves a pleasant sensation of velvet, with floral memories. Prima is like a nectar of red and black cherries and fruits.
Elaboration and aging
Prima is a blend of Tinta de Toro (90%) and Garnacha (10%). The grapes come from vineyards between 10 and 35 years old, owned by the winery, which grow on loamy and sandy soils. The two varieties are vinified separately so that you do not miss the essence of each payment.
The temperature differences between day and night are great, which makes the wine have a great aroma power.
The aging is 14 months in French and American oak barrels.
