Situada en la provincia de Tarragona. Su clima, aunque con influencias mediterráneas, es templado y seco. Una de sus características importantes es la ausencia de lluvias durante el verano, y la media de precipitaciones esta entre 500 y 600 mm. anuales. Los suelos son pobres y de constitución volcánica. Las uvas cultivadas en blancas son la Chenin Blanc, Macabeo, Garnacha Blanca y Pedro Ximénez, y en tintas la Cariñena, Garnacha, Garnacha Peluda, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot y Syrah.
